如何更有效率的看房

In today's real estate market it is important that we help client get the preapproval letter for loan before we go out and see properties. The reasons are as followed

1. with the preapproval letter, we will know what is max price buyer will be able to make the purchase with. We can efficiently target the suitable price range properties.
2. It saves buyer's time as well as agent's
3. Prevent disappointment: going out to see homes without knowing what is the max loan amount will lead to possible disappointment. Buyer may see a home that's perfect for them but later to find that they can't afford it. This feeling is just not very good. Even if buyer may qualify to buy. The time we waste on getting the loan approval may lead to other buyer places bidding before you. You may lose your favorite property that way.
